Liên Quân is still regarded as the “national” mobile game in the Vietnamese market. This is simply because the number of players of this game is overwhelmingly large. It spans all ages from young to old, from male to female, all can play this MOBA game. However, because of the vast number of players, this game has also given rise to many issues.

One of those issues is that Liên Quân is notorious for cheating tactics. From map hacks to slow loading, hired grinding, or “dirty buffs”. This problem has persisted for many years and it is indeed very difficult to resolve the root of the issue. However, whether it gets resolved or not is different from the story of “locking wrongly is better than missing out” that causes gamers to cry out.

Specifically, in a large Liên Quân group, there was a post saying: “Those who use hacks blatantly are not checked properly, locked. Those who play fairly and win streaks are then locked and called cheaters without support for wrongful bans.”
This is not a rare occurrence, as even gamers teaming up at night often encounter this situation, especially those with long winning streaks. Many prominent voices in the Liên Quân community affirm: “This is a clear error, not just a case of locking without support.”

“Perhaps Garena Liên Quân Mobile needs to explain this issue and must clarify as well as address the management of customer support staff regarding the reception of complaints from customers who have been wrongfully banned. However, the support staff refuses to resolve these cases, even though some players submit multiple tickets but still claim, ‘No resolution for cases that have been locked’ – a moderator of a large Liên Quân group shared.”
