That was a story from the past; now, with 159 million subscribers, MrBeast is the most famous individual YouTuber of all time. He has even recently set an unprecedented record.
Specifically, in his latest video, MrBeast created quite an innovative concept by presenting a new challenge: 7 days adrift on the ocean. Returning to his most recent video, it produced unexpected results, achieving a staggering view count within the first 24 hours, even breaking his own previous record. Specifically, the number reached nearly 50 million views – something that left many people extremely impressed. Additionally, it is the most viewed video within the first 24 hours of its global release (excluding music videos). In fact, the previous record was just set by MrBeast about two months ago when he invested in a comparison and review of a makeshift $1 boat against a $1 billion super yacht, featuring two famous personalities, Tom Brady and Pete Davidson.
This shows just how well the investment in both quality and money from this YouTuber has paid off. Not long ago, this YouTuber disclosed that for some videos, he and his team spent over 4,000 hours editing, and they always yielded results beyond expectations. Moreover, he believes that he and his friends established this new record without spending too much money, simply by enjoying themselves together.
Of course, not everything is always easy for MrBeast. Recently, he, along with famous streamer Ludwig, invested $1 million to produce an extremely expensive YouTube video, but the results were not as expected. As revealed by the characters, the revenue from this clip was not even enough to cover part of the production costs.
