There’s no denying that the appeal of Stellar Blade is immense, even though this game is exclusively available on PlayStation 5 and lacks contributions from PC gamers. Nevertheless, many players remain extremely interested in it simply because of the allure of the female protagonist, Eve – a very attractive character who has been gifted by the developer Shift Up with numerous sexy outfits that flaunt her figure.

This has been evidenced through promotional videos and the previous demo version. However, when Stellar Blade was released, everything changed. Some of Eve’s outfits were found to have undergone changes in the day-one patch, and fans believe these changes are due to censorship. Of course, the changes here mean a significant reduction in the level of sexiness. Naturally, when compared to the old revealing outfits, the new ones are vastly different.

It is known that the original designs only display if you have a physical release of Stellar Blade and install it without the initial patch. This has caused considerable outrage, and of course, no one is pleased with Eve being toned down in sexiness. In fact, many gamers are even planning to boycott PlayStation Plus as they blame Sony for this censorship. Many gamers have requested refunds for Stellar Blade on the grounds of “false advertising.”

A petition demanding the restoration of the original outfits has also been called for by gamers, and currently, it has over 35,000 signatures. This shows that while Stellar Blade may not be that great, the charm of Eve is something no gamer can overlook.
